Ten years of product design across security, crypto, and startups.
I've had the pleasure of working with William for the last four years, and I can honestly say he's a talented designer with a great sense for aesthetics and an excitement and willingness to learn and push the limits of his abilities. I think he can add a lot of value to any team he joins, and he'll be particularly comfortable in early stage environments where you need initiative and good taste. I would absolutely recommend him to other organizations.

William's attention to detail is outstanding. He consistently pushes for clarity, coherence, and user-centered decisions, and he has a strong instinct for identifying problems early. His design reviews were always grounded in solid reasoning, and his feedback raised the quality bar across our Delivery team.
He brings sharp critical thinking to every conversation and is exceptional at challenging assumptions in a way that strengthens the work rather than slowing it down. He is calm, collaborative, and deeply invested in building products that make sense for users. Any team would benefit from his rigor, his design craft, and his ability to elevate ideas through thoughtful challenge.
I highly recommend William Good as an exceptional Product Designer. One of William's greatest strengths was his ability to collaborate: he communicated seamlessly with the engineering team, ensuring a smooth and productive workflow.
William consistently delivered high-quality designs that elegantly solved complex product challenges. His strong sense of design and excellent taste were evident in every iteration. He provided thoughtful, constructive feedback to the entire team, elevating our collective work. I particularly appreciated his pragmatic approach: he was flexible enough to balance the pursuit of pixel perfection with the need for speed and productivity, which is invaluable in a fast-paced environment.
